Soul care is much deeper than body care
Soul care means being listened to before being treated. At Solstave it comes first, and everything else is arranged around what it surfaces.
What is soul care?
Soul care is attention given to the person rather than the symptom. It is a conversation, not a treatment, and its purpose is to give you enough safety and quiet to notice what you already know.
Most wellness experiences start with the body. A massage, a facial, a sauna. Those are good, and you will find them here. But a body carries what a person has not had room to say, and treating the body without ever asking the woman how she is doing leaves most of the work undone.
So we ask first.

What happens during soul companioning?
You sit down with the owner and you are asked how your heart is feeling today. From there it is listening, and questions that ask you to look inward rather than perform an answer.
Expect long pauses. They are intentional. Most of us are so used to filling silence that we answer before we have checked. Here you are given time to gather your thoughts, and the next question does not arrive until you are finished.
You may be asked what you are noticing in your body. Where the tightness is. What happens to your breathing when a particular subject comes up. This is not analysis. It is paying attention to information you are already receiving.
Nobody hands you an answer. You already know the answer. Sometimes you just need a little guiding.
Is soul care therapy or mental health treatment?
No. Soul companioning at Solstave is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional.
We do not diagnose. We do not treat conditions. We do not prescribe. If you are working with a therapist, a doctor, or a psychiatrist, keep working with them. This sits alongside that care, not in place of it.
What Solstave offers is space, attention, and a person who will listen without judgment and without an agenda for who you should become.
What is offered here is attention, time, and a person trained to listen carefully and without judgment. That is the whole of it, and it is enough.
Is Solstave religious?
No. Solstave is spiritual rather than religious. There is no doctrine, no scripture, no prayer you are expected to join, and no assumption about what you believe.
Women arrive here from every tradition and from none. What they share is a sense that something in them has gone quiet and they would like to hear it again. You are welcome regardless of where you stand.

Why sovereignty is the word we use
Sovereignty means authority over self. It is the plainest word for what we are actually after here.
It moves in an order. Sovereignty comes first, the recognition that your life is yours to direct. Self-esteem follows, because you cannot value a life you do not believe you own. Then confidence, and then empowerment, which is only a word for acting on what you already decided was yours.
None of that arrives through instruction. It arrives through being fully seen, and then encouraged.
How you will know something has shifted
It is usually physical before it is anything else. Your breathing gets deeper. Your shoulders come down. You stop answering in bullet points. Sometimes there are tears, and sometimes there is just a long exhale and a sense that something settled.
We do not try to produce that. Forcing an emotional response is the opposite of the work. We make the space safe and spacious enough that whatever is true gets room to surface, and then we let you decide what to do with it.
You have always known
Soul care is included in every Solstave experience. Remember, our two hour introduction, is the place most women begin.
